About
I am a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education at the University of Wollongong. I am also employed by the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide South Australia as an e-learning designer. My research is aimed at developing authentic online learning communities of children living with type 1 diabetes. I am investigating if children, parents and clinicians can be supported to develop self-management competencies and learning communities through the use of communication technologies
